Finance and reporting Analyst will join the Italian Finance team and will support reporting activities for Italy, Spain, and Brazil, reporting directly to the Manager Finance Brazil & Spain and Reporting Italy.This role is ideal for a professional with a strong interest in data analysis, financial reporting, and digital innovation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport periodic financial reporting activitiesContribute to month-end closing processes, including:Preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L; with Business Unit analysisAccruals for vendor and HR-related costsAnalysis and management of deferred and unbilled revenuesPreparation of sales, orders,



and backlog reportsSupport SOX compliance activitiesPerform account reconciliations and data consistency checksDraft and update Finance procedures and process documentationCollaborate with international Finance teams (Spain and Brazil)Support the implementation and use of digital and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and data qualityQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields5 years of relevant experience, preferably in structured or multinational environmentsPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAnalytical mindset with strong attention xrdztoy to detailProactive attitude and willingness to learnBasic experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision and/or SAP)Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputsFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
