In this role, you will play a key part in developing and deploying lean capabilities while driving transformation across our global operations through the Xylem Production System (XPS). You will act as a change agent,



mentor and strategic partner to ensure sustainable implementation of lean methodologies and delivering measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with the local Continuous Improvement teams at our production sites in Europe, supporting as a subject matter expert. You will conduct maturity assessments, provide analytics, and ensure effective follow-up on improvement roadmaps. You will develop and standardize lean best practices through the Xylem Production System (XPS), ensuring consistency and sustainability across the organization.You will mentor employees at all levels to embed continuous improvement and maximize business impact.
