It - Business Analyst

Location: Milan
Salary: 40k-50k gross salary
Job qualification: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and:
- 1.Keep abreast of business developments, be familiar with the business processes and pain points of the area you are responsible for, and have a deep understanding of business needs.
- 2. Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to accurately structure and describe requirements in writing, and communicate them accurately and promptly to product managers and development engineers.
- 3. Excellent judgment skills, able to accurately assess whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with daily business operations.
- 4. Highly responsible, diligent, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of requirements, driving cross-departmental teams to jointly implement requirements.
- 5. Experience as a consultant for CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar systems;
experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- 6. Proficiency in both English and local language as working languages. Chinese speaking is mandatory.





Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for identifying business requirements, producing requirement documents, and overseeing requirement reviews.
- 2. Confirm product solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- 3 Conduct user acceptance testing for products.
- 4. Compile system operation manuals and training materials.
- 5. Provide training on system functionality and usage.
- 6. Lead information technology planning initiatives in this domain.
- 7. Manage system maintenance operations.
- 8. Oversee system modules including: CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform, and Dealer API Sales Core System
