The ideal candidate will act as a high-level strategic consultant, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and business-oriented solutions. We are looking for a professional with deep expertise in hydraulics, leadership qualities, and a proven ability to manage custom projects for major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Key Responsibilities Strategic System Design & Consultancy: Oversee and validate system design requests from the field, ensuring that proposed solutions are optimized for specific machine applications and aligned with global business objectives. Design sophisticated hydraulic circuits and integrated electro-hydraulic control systems, interfacing with advanced OEM hydraulic and electronic architectures. Advanced Simulation & Validation: Lead circuit and sy
