Drive the successful planning and coordination of preconstruction activities, including design development, permitting, early contractor involvement, and procurement strategies for complex data centre projects. Interface with Clients & Design Teams Act as the primary point of contact during the preconstruction phase,
facilitating clear communication between clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align design intent with budget and programme. Scope & Risk Management Lead the identification and resolution of design, commercial, and logistical risks during preconstruction—ensuring clarity on scope and mitigating issues before breaking ground.
