You lead technical development across the product lifecycle — from design solutions to testing, validation, and production readiness.This role is practical, collaborative, and impactful, with opportunities to influence product decisions and work directly with customers and suppliers.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will be independently responsible within the electrical department reporting to the Product engineering Department (Dpt.) for developing electrical components (mainly wire-harness) from the quotation phase to series production in the complete seat system and you will be integrated into our project teams and work closely with departments such as Structure, Foam, Trim, CAD, Testing, Prototype Building, FMEA and assembly plants. xrdztoy You will work closely as well with suppliers
