By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need.What you'll be doingAs our Legal Counsel (Transactional), you'll be the person who independently owns the drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across all our business lines. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Commercial Agreements & Strategic Partnerships – Drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements across Satispay's business lines, including employer and merchant agreements for corporate welfare and payment services.



You will also structure and manage strategic partnerships from deal inception to execution.Technology, Procurement & Operations – Advising on and negotiating SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts that keep Satispay running smoothly.Corporate Welfare Tenders – Partnering with the Tender Manager on legal aspects of procurement processes (gare d'appalto), including reviewing and negotiating contracts and tender documentation.Marketing & Advertising – Advising on, drafting, and negotiating agreements for marketing campaigns, advertising, co-branding initiatives, and creative/media agency relationships.Legal Operations & AI Innovation – Leading the improvement of contract templates, legal processes, and negotiation automation in partnership with our AI Team.Who we're looking forWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.
