As an Investment Banking Associate, you can expect to work on large-cap M&A;, Equity Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance origination and execution assignments. Tasks may include evaluating companies, perform financial analyses, developing models for M&A; transactions,



preparing industry statistics for pitches, or getting involved in the execution of live deals.

Responsibilities
- Working on a variety of complex projects for leading Italian, European and global clients.
- Opportunity to contribute to the development of new ideas to help clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
- Conduct detailed valuation analysis and other financial analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis and transaction structuring.
- Project management and involvement in execution of live transactions and pitches.
- Attend team discussions and client meetings and be able to deliver parts of a presentation.
