Role OverviewThis role coaches and supports customers to help them succeed on the company’s platform. The position focuses on increasing customer value through effective commercial conversations, relationship building,



and solution‑oriented support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and begin developing relationships with customers and their account teams, including key buyers and decision‑makers
- Support the creation of opportunities such as progress meetings and exploratory conversations to grow customer accounts
- Develop an understanding of customer business challenges through appropriate internal and external channels
- Recommend products, services, and insights that align with customer needs
- Complete basic account plans that outline tactics to acquire and maintain business
- Build an understanding of how the department operates and contributes to the broader organization
- Develop awareness of policies, practices, trends, and competitor activity that affect the organization and its customers
