About the Job
Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria. Looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Locations: Portugal, Greece and Bulgaria.

Work Model: On-site

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.




- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
- Must be a valid EU citizen and willing to relocate abroad.
