Administration Manager | Industrial Manufacturing | Northern ItalyWe're partnering with a well-established international industrial manufacturing group to appoint an experienced Administration Manager. This is a key finance leadership role reporting directly to the Group CFO, offering the opportunity to oversee the administrative, accounting and financial operations of a manufacturing business while working closely with the wider group finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, accounting and tax function through to the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Oversee the financial reporting of subsidiary entities.
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements at Group level.
- Manage operational treasury activities, including cash pooling.
- Build, coach and develop a small finance team.
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors, statutory auditors and other external stakeholders.
About You
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years' experience in senior finance, accounting or administration roles within complex industrial businesses.
- Background in a leading audit firm.
- Experience working within international group structures and consolidated reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics advantageous) and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience within industrial or manufacturing businesses.

- Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Package
- Location: Northern Italy (on-site).
- Salary: €80,000-€90,000 base.
