If you want to help unite the world with a new rhythm, start a new journey with us. We are seeking a professional to manage M&A; projects, including acquisitions and divestments, with a comprehensive approach to project coordination (both internal and external).



The role currently involves projects of an international scope and supports decision-making at senior management, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors levels.
Main Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate M&A; projects nationally and internationally, from scouting to execution and completion.
Oversee the execution of Due Diligence (DD) processes across financial, legal, tax, accounting, and technical aspects.
Identify and evaluate potential M&A; opportunities, in line with Mundys long term strategy.
Drive financial Due Diligence with a focus on accounting, tax, and financial drivers.
Participate in and challenge legal, commercial, and technical DD analyses.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Asset Management) throughout project phases.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investment banks and partners (equity and debt).
