What the role will look like

- Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, representing key internal areas relevant to the project,
and collaborating with partners where appropriate
- Creating and maintaining transfer and integration plans for individual Projects
- Defining short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for the project
- Managing the execution of the agreed integration plan and medium-to-high complex projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring proper project reporting (objectives, timelines, budget, resources, and status updates)
- Understanding the project budget and preparing timely budget plans, including annual budgets and forecasts
- Maintaining and updating the business case as needed
- Ensuring that all decision-relevant deliverables are available on time and meet quality standards to support the decision-making process (e.g., project plans, risks, opportunities, business case assumptions, contract terms, etc.)
What you’ll bring to the table

- At least 3+ years of project management experience, with a strong expertise in planning
