What you’ll do

Own and execute the complete recruitment cycle for a diverse global portfolio of open positions, leveraging both sophisticated automation tools and hands-on candidate evaluation techniques to dramatically reduce the time required to fill each role
Develop and nurture robust talent pipelines filled with exceptional candidates through multiple sourcing channels, strategic university partnerships, and networking initiatives, ensuring qualified individuals are identified well before positions are formally announced
Partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to thoroughly understand role specifications, address any obstacles that arise during the hiring process, and maintain an aggressive yet efficient interview cadence
Apply rigorous assessment criteria when evaluating candidates to ensure ev
