Your Role
We are searching for a skilled

Technical Training & Documentation Specialist

to join our team. This role involves developing comprehensive training programs, creating detailed technical documentation, and ensuring that all training materials meet the highest standards.

You will collaborate with various departments to support the effective use of our products and technologies.

Your Impact

Promote and embed Technogym Technical Service core principles —Professionalism, Care, Safety, and Brand Promoter—by coordinating classroom, on-site, and digital training programs globally.

Design, manage, and monitor global training programs

for technicians and installers, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer, high-quality execution, and alignment with business objectives.
