Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical Construction
Location: Milan, Italy
Job Type: Contract / Freelance
Duration: 24 Months

Overview
We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex, fast-paced capital project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-value pharmaceutical facility from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedules
- Build and maintain the project baseline programme
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate programme updates
- Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams
- Produce look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis and progress reports




- Identify programme risks and develop recovery plans where required
- Attend project planning and coordination meetings with key stakeholders
- Support change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessments
- Assist with commissioning planning and project handover

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner on large-scale pharmaceutical or life sciences projects
- At least one completed pharmaceutical construction project
- Advanced Primavera P6 experience
- Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Italian required
