Customer Experience & Field Operations Specialist

RiDE's mission is to revolutionize urban mobility through an innovative electric multivehicle sharing service.
We’re looking for a friendly and solution-oriented specialist to provide daily assistance to our customers and improve our service by monitoring all customer contact channels (social media, website, CRM...). The role reports to and is supported by our Operations Specialist and collaborates with local partners to keep operations running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Direct customer support via email, phone, chat, and social media.
- Handle complaints, refunds, and provide operations support.
- Identify and implement alternative last‑minute solutions.
- Use and monitor Customer Service/CRM software.
- Monitor social media and develop content.
- Manage field operations, monitoring, and support for local OPS partners.
Qualifications

- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Motivation and willingness to learn (first experiences are welcome).
- Good communication skills and a strong listening attitude to satisfy client needs.
- Ability to handle multiple requests, find solutions, and remain open‑minded with Plan B ready.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Rigorous and detail oriented.
- Team player with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Fast learner, willing to adapt to a changing environment.
- Practical attitude, strong problem‑solving ability, and drive to turn plans into action.
- Experience as a sharing‑mobility user to truly understand customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree and prior experience in Customer Experience, Operations, and/or Mobility are a plus.
