Smartness is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring they understand our products and integrate our solutions into their operations. You will run personalized trainings and webinars, serve as the main contact, and work with Sales, Customer Success and Product to continually improve onboarding. xysqume
