About the Role
The Programmatic Consultant will join the Media Product & Innovation Unit in Milan, and play a key role in the planning, activation, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for clients. This role is focused on using data, platforms, and evolving technologies to drive measurable business performance,



while working closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen dentsu’s programmatic offering across digital channels.

This is a hybridpositionand we offer a permanent contract.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

- Set, manage, and report on all activities connected with Programmatic Buying campaigns
- Develop strategic relationships with internal and external clients
- Promote Programmatic adoption internally, with a focus on Programmatic Media (e.g. CTV, DOOH, web radio )
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs , etc.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including Display, CPM and CPA models
- Previous experience within a Trading Desk is a strong plus
- Knowledge of the Programmatic Buying ecos
