The Opportunity
As part of the global industrial harmonization, our High Voltage business has established a Global Process Transformation Team. We are seeking an energetic and solution-oriented Planning & Execution Project Manager to administer business process initiatives, drive the incorporation of global standards, support the "BU High Voltage "Make to Stock" initiative, and facilitate the sustainable adoption of concept advancement and process discipline throughout our factories' end-to-end materials value chain. This role will be instrumental in orchestrating process enhancements, change management, optimized system utilization, competency development and process harmonization across planning, procurement, logistics, and material management for manufacturing operations across our global sites. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker, influential motivator,



and champion of change with experience in the management of incremental process enhancements and leadership of large-scale continuous improvement project execution; as well as possessing the ability to inspire collaboration amongst cross-functional teams in multi-cultural environments. This role will report to the High Voltage BU Global Head of Material Management.
