About The Team And The Role Certilogo, an eBay company, empowers brands and consumers through trusted product authentication and brand engagement solutions. The Brand Success squad onboards new brands, integrates brand data, creates demo connectors for business development and marketing teams, and provides first-line support for brand and consumer issues. In this role,
you will lead the squad’s technical direction and help scale these capabilities while improving reliability, standardization, and operational efficiency. You will work in a collaborative, client-facing environment where diverse perspectives are valued and technical challenges are approached as opportunities for shared learning and growth. This is a full-time position based in Milan, with a hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office) and flexibility to support work-life balance. What you will accomplish
