We are looking for a Client Engagement & Development Specialist to join the CRM Team, to play a pivotal role in implementing our CRM activities through different channels.
In a fast-moving pace and exciting environment, the candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global CRM and client engagement strategy across multiple markets, ensuring regional action plans are aligned with business priorities and successfully executed. Working cross-functionally, the position leverages data and customer insights to continuously optimize performance and support business growth.



The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Developing and coordinating regional client engagement and loyalty plans across all tiers of segmentation, from 1-2-many campaigns to targeted 1-to-few segmentation and bespoke 1-2-1 engagement;
- Defining global and local CRM communication strategies, including newsletters and personalized one-to-one outreach, with responsibility for campaign calendars, audience segmentation and targeting;
- Leading CRM planning in close collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and Digital teams to ensure consistent omnichannel client experience;
- Monitoring regional execution, sharing best practices and supporting local teams in achieving CRM and client development objectives;
- Acting as the global point of contact for CRM and client engagement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders.
