Role Description
We are currently looking for a Civil Supervisor to support a major pharmaceutical project based in Milan area .
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily civil construction activities on site.
- Coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitoring progress against the project schedule.
- Verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and GMP requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and site safety procedures.
- Participating in site inspections, progress meetings,



and technical reviews.
- Reporting construction progress, issues, and corrective actions to the project team.
- Supporting commissioning and handover activities where required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising civil construction activities on complex industrial projects.
- Previous exposure to pharmaceutical , biotech, chemical or other regulated manufacturing facilities.
- Strong contractor management and site coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of HSE and construction quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Fluent Italian is essential for this role.
