- Assists in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Supports bartenders in serving drinks to guests efficiently and professionally
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations
- Assists with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and rotation of bar supplies
- Ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Helps in preparing garnishes, ice, and other bar components as required
- Participates in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings
- Supports smooth bar operations during high-volume service, events, and banquets
- Maintains a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude at all time
