Our commercial organisation has outgrown its processes. We need someone to own Revenue Operations end to end and build the operating system that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success run on: a clean CRM, reliable pipeline and forecasting data, dashboards leadership actually trusts, and workflows that scale without turning into bureaucracy.

You will design the processes, build them in the tools, drive adoption with the teams who use them, and automate everything that does not need a human.

️ Own and optimise the end-to-end Revenue Operations function across the customer lifecycle

Administer and continuously improve our CRM and revenue tech stack (Pipedrive today, plus surrounding tooling)

Build dashboards, reports and forecasting models that leadership uses to make decisions

Safeguard CRM data quality, governance and process consistency — while keeping adoption high

Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and no-code/low-code tools

Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, territory planning and sales performance

Support GTM initiatives, product launches and pricing/packaging changes from the operational side

Evaluate, implement and integrate new revenue technologies

Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to remove friction across the cust
