Your opportunity

The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new General Services Specialist, based at The Mall Firenze.





Reporting to the GS Coordinator, you will support and coordinate maintenance and facility activities across the mall property.

This role offers the opportunity to operate under supervision while progressively gaining autonomy, contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of our Mall in Italy.

How You Will Contribute

Supporting the punctual maintenance and efficiency of The Mall Firenze’s structures, systems, and services, preventing breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Acting as the on-site point of contact for technical systems, including CCTV, network, switchboard, Wi-Fi, and related issues.
Coordinating and interfacing with suppliers, tenants, technical consultants, and third parties on facility management and general service
