With more than 7,000 employees 59% in Italy and 41% worldwide we are present in over 80 countries._For the IMA BFB Division, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER - End-of-Line Automation.IMA BFB designs and manufactures secondary end-of-line packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries.JOB SUMMARYManage projects in accordance with customer requirements, planning activities, timelines,
and costs in detail.Collaborate with the relevant Sales Manager/Product Manager on any necessary revisions to orders and contractual terms.Prepare and share with the project team the technical specifications (MIP) and ensure the distribution of all documents valid at the time of order entry (e.g., URS, Deviation List).Develop the project schedule (Gantt chart) together with Logistics and Operations and manage all project phases (Design Review, Design Validation, FAT, etc.).Organize and lead both internal and customer kick-off meetings.Coordinate periodic project progress meetings with the support team, sharing project control documents and checklists (Project Issue List, Deviation List, post-FAT Punch List, etc.).Manage communication with the customer, monitoring contractual obligations together with the Project Assistant and handling any Change Orders, including their formalization and implementation planning.Keep the Sales Manager and Management informed of
