Wood is recruiting for a Supply Chain Lead / Procurement Coordinator to join its Projects – Process and Chemical team for execution on supply chain activities of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

You will assist the Project Supply Chain Manager in all aspect of the purchasing cycle of our projects.

Definition of Project Procurement Plan and Procedures

Responsible for the execution of all aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation

Familiar with market scouting and supplier onboarding processes

Preparation of tender documentation as well as definition of pricing summary tailored to the scope of work

Lead technical & commercial clarification meetings with bidders

Examine, review and negotiate T&C;’s

Prepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased

Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the projec
