With a strong engineering-led culture and a growing portfolio of hyperscale developments, they are now seeking aN Electrical Construction Manager to join their team on a flagship project based in Milan.
Lead the electrical installation works on a new-build data centre, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and programme requirements.
Coordination & Interface Management
Manage interfaces between electrical systems (LV, MV, HV, UPS, generators, switchgear,
and critical infrastructure) and other trades, ensuring seamless integration across MEP and architectural packages.
Quality & Compliance
Oversee testing, commissioning, and QA/QC procedures for all electrical systems, ensuring adherence to client, statutory, and industry standards.
Team & Subcontractor Management
Direct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor performance, managing resources and sequencing to meet fast-track project milestones.
Work closely with project management, planners, and commercial teams, providing technical input and progress updates to client representatives.RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Must have 8+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
