About The Program The Graduate Program is designed to give you a strong foundation and broad understanding of our business, while preparing you for a long‑term role within Nexi. As the program progresses, you will move towards a landing position in the Product department, where you will join a product team working on solutions used by real merchants and customers every day. Product teams play a key role in translating complex payment infrastructure into reliable, user‑friendly solutions that support businesses across Italy. In your landing role, you will contribute to improving payment flows, analysing product performance and customer needs, and supporting the development of new features and enhancements. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to help evolve Nexi’s payment solutions. What You Can Expect
