Role
As Business Travel Specialist, you will be part of our Event Excellence team, responsible for driving growth in the company by organizing and managing events. You will also work closely with our Sales & Engineering team
Location
This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan and we would love to see your face around our office corridor when possible
What You’ll Do
- Planning, coordination,
and management of requests related to bookings, including but not limited to flights, trains, hotels, and transfers;
- Liaising with the Company’s suppliers for booking management activities;
- Supporting the “Event Excellence” team in event organization activities.
What We’re Looking For
- at least 1⁄3 years of experience in the event management
- already working as freelance
- tempo parziale availability
- previous experience handling organizational secretarial tasks is preferable
- team player & problem solver
- good communication and negotiation skills and good project management skills
- fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2)
- good knowledge of Excel & Power Point
