As a Junior Sales you will play a key role in driving our growth in the Italian market.
You will be responsible for developing business opportunities and building strong relationships with companies and technology partners, helping them understand how Odoo can support their digital transformation journey.
This role combines business development, consultative selling, and relationship management :



from identifying new opportunities and understanding business needs, to presenting tailored solutions and supporting customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, work in an international environment, and directly contribute to the expansion of Odoo in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying, engaging and qualifying potential customers and partners
- Build strong relationships with Odoo partners and clients , becoming their trusted point of contact
- Understand business needs and identify how Odoo solutions can support digital transformation
- Manage the sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1)
- Interest in technology and digital transformation
