Regal Rexnord is seeking an EMEA Controls & Compliance Manager to partner with local finance leaders on US GAAP application and internal controls. The role conducts regular reviews, documents procedures, and reports results to management while coordinating with auditors and risk teams.
The position reports to the Director of Controls & Compliance, with high visibility across segments and CFOs. A detailed, proactive control environment is expected in a fast-changing manufacturing setting.
