Eight Sleep is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across the company. You will proactively source, engage, and close top talent, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines, run efficient interview cadences, and scale teams that power growth.
You will maintain a high talent bar, leverage AI and data-driven dashboards to improve time-to-fill, and optimize recruiting workflows within Ashby to keep hiring fast and consistent.
