The Role
We are looking for an Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records. The role requires strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and a working understanding of IFRS, with responsibility for statutory accounting, tax compliance, and the preparation of annual financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and follow daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurately posted and properly documented in accordance with Italian accounting standards (OIC) and local regulations.
- Oversee and execute the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring reconciliations and adjustments are completed within deadlines.
