We're looking for a Renewal Sales Admin who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings care and attention to details to support our Renewal Sales activities. The software renewals domain represents a strategic lever in our digital solutions business, enabling customer continuity,
strengthening loyalty, and contributing significantly to long‑term value growth. As subscription and cloud models expand, the renewal process has become a key touchpoint in customer relationships, helping us mitigate churn risks and unlock new business opportunities. You'll work in close coordination with Renewal Sales Representatives and cross‑functional teams—Finance, Sales, and Partner Management—supporting the administrative activities that drive successful customer renewals across direct and indirect channels. In some instances, you'll also interact directly with customers and partners on operational matters, actively contributing to smooth and effective renewal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to renewal processes, managing administrative workflows, approvals, and data controls
- Prepare and validate contractual and opportunity data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance
