Digital Store E-Commerce Personalization Specialist

- Supports QVC Italy in personalization and UX optimization activities across web and app
- Responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and quality control of personalization initiatives
- Partnering with Digital Store, Content, and A/B testing teams for personalization calendars
- Transitioning successful tests into daily operations supporting voucher campaigns
- Collaborating with Store Programming and Trading teams to design personalization strategies
- Ensuring personalized content is delivered across all platforms
- Analyzing and reporting weekly test results to drive revenue growth
- Mentoring team members and contributing to process improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
- 3–5 years of solid experience in similar roles within a digital environment
- Proven hands‑on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
- Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and personalization
- Solid commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to independently interpret key digital KPIs




- Excellent knowledge of digital and non‑digital tools used for performance analysis
- The ability to work effectively across functions in a fast‑paced digital environment
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Native‑level Italian and fluent English
