You will play the key role of IT Support Team Lead, coordinating other 3 colleagues working in the IT Support team. The IT Support team is responsible for providing high-quality employee IT support, including laptop setup and maintenance, user account activations, and SaaS administration, ensuring that all employees have the technology tools and resources they need to be productive and successful,



thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.
