As a Process Engineer at our Latina site, you'll play a central role in optimising manufacturing processes across multiple production plants. Your work will directly influence safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. You'll collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS teams to improve how works today while helping build the processes of tomorrow.

About the Role
You'll be part of the Lubricant Additives business and report directly to the Head of Operations.
The position covers both LAB (Naugalubes) and SIG production processes across four manufacturing plants at our Latina site. You'll act as a key technical partner for operations, supporting process optimization, troubleshooting, process safety initiatives,
equipment implementation, and continuous improvement projects.
Alongside day‑to‑day operational support, you'll contribute to longer‑term improvements through digital tools, process development initiatives, and the introduction of new technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Process Performance
You'll help improve manufacturing performance by:
- Monitoring process capability, productivity, yields, and material consumption
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, batch cycle times, and energy usage
- Analyzing operational data and translating insights into practical improvements
- Supporting troubleshooting activities and resolving technical process issues
Lead Continuous Improvement
You'll have a visible role in helping the site continuously improve by:
- Optimizing process parameters
- Supporting equipment upgrades and process modifications
- Driving Change
