Founded in 2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko gives businesses, non‑profits, financial advisers and fintechs access to institutional‑grade cash management, via app or API. We are building the full infrastructure: issuing, operating, and distributing the products ourselves.
Two years after launch, we serve thousands of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month. Italy is one of our priority markets for the next phase of growth.

The role: Country Manager - Italy
As Country Manager - Italy, you will be the face of Spiko in the Italian market. Your mission is to make Spiko impossible to ignore in Italy: build our public presence, own the local ecosystem,
and turn visibility into a growth engine that fuels the sales team on the ground.
This is not a pure sales role. You will work hand in hand with our Italian Account Executives and their Team Leader in a two‑way relationship:
- You feed them qualified leads generated through your partnerships and local visibility
- You can call on their support to make major events a success
Your own focus, one level up, is on representation, partnerships, and market development. You report directly to the General Manager France, Benelux, and Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Public representation: Be Spiko's voice in Italy across media, conferences, and industry events. Build the brand's local credibility and reputation.
- Events strategy: Identify the events worth attending, show up, and turn presence into pipeline. For major events, rally the sales team and make them a success together.
