Job Overview

Etjca Group S.p.A.– Divisione Contact Center & Customer Care is looking for an Inbound Call Center Associate for the prestigious Contact Center in Pomezia. This role focuses solely on assistance and does not involve any sales activity. Immediate availability is required.

Offer Details
- Pre‑contractual in‑person training starting 30/07/2026, lasting approximately 10 days. Upon successful completion and assessment, contract finalization will occur.
- Initial fixed‑term contract via temporary agency lasting one and a half months, with possibility of extension.
- Contract classification: CCNL Telecomunicazioni II livello (RAL €19,824.48 per annum, pro‑rated to the offered hourly schedule).
- Part‑time contract of 20 hours with the option for additional paid hours as supplements.
- Work hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday (including holidays) between 07:00 and 23:00, working 5 days per week.
- Location: POMEZIA, on‑site work. After achieving the required autonomy (approximately 2 months), one day per week of lavoro da remoto will be allowed.

Required Qualifications




- Availability to work shifts.
- High school diploma.
- Good verbal communication.
- Willingness to make telephone contact.
- Proficiency with common computer tools (Excel – Office).
- Strong motivation and results orientation.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Additional desirable qualities: knowledge of inbound and customer care, strong empathy, flexibility, dynamism, and pro‑activity.
