Junior Project Manager Intern
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Intern to join our OneSystem Project Team in our Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan.
How you make the difference
You will be part of OneSystem Project, a strategic transformation project aimed at implementing SAP S4/Hana and other ancillaries in Spain and Morocco, while reviewing processes to ensure coherence at global level. This role offers also a unique opportunity to support the simplification of intercompany flows and the extension of Bolton Food processes on an international scale.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Project Support: Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities.
- OneSystem Roadmap: Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment.
- Documentation & Creativity: Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated.
- Process Learning:



Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes.
- Data & Change Management: Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient.
- International experiences: Opportunity to collaborate with international teams (e.g. Spain and Morocco) and contribute to project activities in a multicultural environment.

Your Team
You will report directly to the Project Leader.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT Management
- Strong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational change
- You are excited about the opportunity to work in an international environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Native Italian and professional English are required (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and
