About You

As the HR Generalist for Kings League across Italy, France and Germany—you are a collaborative business partner, trusted advisor, and champion of people. You bridge operations and strategy, working closely with local teams, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver HR solutions that directly enable the league’s growth and success. You are detail‑oriented yet strategic, ensuring contracts, payroll, and HR data are accurate and compliant,



while also supporting larger initiatives that shape culture, engagement, and player wellbeing. You are adaptable, culturally aware, and proactive, capable of balancing the unique needs of multiple countries, employees, and athletes, while driving initiatives that support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate core people operations—including contract administration, payroll inputs, and maintaining accurate and compliant employee and player data—ensuring data integrity and operational continuity across all three countries.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Competition teams to ensure full compliance with labour laws and league regulations, coordinating accurate contracts, documentation, and risk‑mitigation processes.
