Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this three-year rotational program you will gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle in strategic finance, M&A;, and corporate development at Baker Hughes. You will work closely with Corporate Development leaders to shape long-term direction and contribute from day one. The program spans strategy, diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration, offering high-impact exposure across energy sectors. You'll grow core financial, analytical, and strategic capabilities within a global industrial technology context.

- Recent graduate (ASPIRE or equivalent)
