What you’ll do

- Act as a trusted advisor in international, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business processes, operating models, and mission‑critical workflows
- Lead business and technical workshops with global stakeholders
- Collect, structure,



and formalize requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Lead product configuration and technical activities:
- Design and optimize SQL relational data models
- Define API integration strategies
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- You will operate at the intersection of consulting, solution architecture, and product implementation.

What you’ll need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts
- Consulting background with experience in client‑facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into s
