Superior Construction Services is seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Field Superintendent to lead crews on complex heavy industrial concrete projects throughout Texas and across the United States. Our work supports critical infrastructure in the material handling, oil & gas, water and wastewater, renewable and energy industries.

What You'll Do
As a Structural Concrete Foreman, you'll lead field crews and oversee the day-to-day execution of structural concrete work while working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Layout, Quality Control, and Safety personnel to ensure projects are completed safely,
on schedule, and to Superior's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise structural concrete crews on heavy industrial construction projects.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities to maximize crew productivity and project efficiency.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and layout information.
- Coordinate all phases of structural concrete construction, including layout verification, excavation coordination, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, anchor bolts, concrete placement, finishing, and curing.
- Maintain accurate survey controls/benchmarks.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries with project leadership.
