About The Role

As part of the Dyson support team, you'll help customers get the most out of their products, from innovative vacuum cleaners and air purifiers to Dyson's famous hair care technology.

You'll become a product expert, solve customer issues, and provide a high level of service that reflects the quality of the Dyson brand.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer product-related questions and provide guidance




- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions
- Assist with warranty cases, repairs, and replacements
- Help customers choose the right products based on their needs
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience

Requirements
- Fluent Italian and good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
