We have an opportunity to join our Customer Care team based at our head quarters in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh. The Customer Care team provide professional, high quality customer service support to the UK businesses.

The key purpose of this role is to co-ordinate customer queries, quotations and orders effectively using commercial procedures which include contract review, metal management and currency booking.

In this role your key activities will be to:
- Generate tenders and quotations and ensure an efficient turnaround time.
- Co-ordinate the associated contracts and customer orders to the value of circa £80m per annum.
- Ensure orders and enquiries are executed in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain accountability of orders from order input to billing and ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.




- Liaise with internal departments including Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure orders are delivered on time and in the most profitable and efficient way.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships by acting as their internal contact on all aspects of enquiries, queries and orders.
- Support and assist with other business areas within Customer Care.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure we provide the most cost-effective solutions for the business balanced with world class customer service.

Entry level requirements:
- Level 4 / Grade C and above qualification in English and Maths
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
- Confident, clear, polite and professional telephone manner
- Commitment and enthusiasm.
