About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Title: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems - Utility
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
- Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D;, to align solutions with project goals.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
- Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
