Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focusedItalian Customer Support Specialistto join our growing team in Lisbon. If you are passionate about helping customers, enjoy solving problems, and want to work in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Resolve issues by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience

Requirements
- Fluent Italian (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
